What is checked

Referencing usually looks at identity, income and employment, affordability against the rent, and previous rental history or landlord references. Guarantor information is gathered where relevant.

Right to Rent processes are followed where applicable. Results are summarised in the Tenant Passport so the landlord can make an informed decision.
